Meditation is supposeto be a good stress reliever. If I did not have so much commotion going on at home I would try it. Maybe when my kids grow up I can have more me time and try some meditation.

Its good to hear about meditation. The last time i did meditation I slept off after some time. Whenever we do it very carefully without any partners or friends we do feel so weird that sleeping comes to the mind very often. The breathing process too does help.

Everybody meditates differently. I personally use loud music to drown out my own thoughts. So I’m able to pick out the loudest thoughts and see what it is I really want. Most of the time that helps me.
